1) Replace the fuel. 2) Start it and let it idle till it hits operating temp. 3) Oil change with filter 4) Check coolant level, top off. 5) Check tire pressure. 6) Go for a drive, looking for any issues.You could probably use new brake and clutch fluid. Check the fluid levels. Besides that remember that just because the car isn't moving doesn't mean all the hoses and belts didn't age.
